You’ve heard the story of Jonah in the Bible, right?  Jonah was a prophet and God asked him to go to Nineveh, a place he didn’t want to go. So he ran…as far as he could in the opposite direction.  Do you ever feel like Jonah?  Are you running in the opposite direction of where you should be going in your life?  Maybe you are not running in the opposite direction but you are staying planted where you are out of fear, limited belief, loyalty, you fill in the blank.  This was me, prior to April 30th, 2019.

April 30, 2019 would be my Jonah moment.  It would be my moment in time where I was forced to stop and truly reflect on what God wanted me to do with my life.  It was in a season of struggle, a car accident, a concussion, that God decided to speak into my life.  He had different plans for me and I needed to LISTEN, and then GO.

May this story serve as a reminder to you that you don’t have to have your own car accident, or major life event, to make you stop.  You can GO, live your life on purpose, live out your God-given talents, shine your light for the world to see.

You see, when you listen, when you are obedient, when your life aligns with the purpose God has planned for you, you’ll realize the tremendous blessings He shines down on those children of whom He is so proud.  Will it be easy?  Nope.  Will it be worth it?  Absolutely.

Listen as I share the details of this story in more detail.

Thank you for sharing in this story with me.  I hope that in listening to my struggle, you find strength for your own journey.
