In January of 2023, Fit 4 Life’s family grew once again. Raven Anspach, DPT, joined our TEAM of life changing physical therapists.
Introducing Raven:
Raven received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2017. Prior to earning her DPT, she graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science. Raven has worked in outpatient orthopedics, treating a variety of conditions, since the beginning of her career She has laid the foundation for strong manual therapy skills by studying additional coursework both during and after school, including Graston Technique. She understands that recovery and returning to your everyday passion is priceless.
Raven has enjoyed her many seasons of life: as a figure skater, a student and student-athlete, a wife, a physical therapist, and now a mom. She knows that it can certainly take a village to find the right balance and is always happy to be a part of that village for someone else. Raven is looking forward to meeting and helping new clients by joining Fit 4 Life!
